REFURBISHED TOOLS

Thank you for your initial response. On the basis of the information you have provided we can now begin the application process.

I am attaching a copy of our Application Form which I would ask you to complete and return to us. We will try to find the source to collect the refurbished tools for your group. It takes time since we don’t have enough materials to supply for our partners.

Once we have received the completed form we will take up references from the people whose details you have provided as referees.

When you references have been obtained your application form will be submitted to our Directors for their decision.

Verification

We need to ascertain that your Organisation is a verified Non-Governmental Charitable or faith based Organisation. Please provide clear evidence of this.

6. Confirmation

Once you have confirmed that you do have adequate funding for Shipping, handling charges, customs clearance and import taxes you will be sent our detailed Application Form for completion.

7. Application

The Norbert and Friends Missions have a comprehensive application and verification process so that we can be confident goods are put to the use for which they are intended by our donors.

We only offer assistance to organisations who demonstrate a high level of integrity and transparency and who are willing to enter into a partnership agreement with us.

The application form helps us to identify the need locally and the particular goods which would help to address this need.

8. Process

Our Application process requires the taking up of organisational references before the fully completed application form is submitted to our Board of Directors for their authorization.

Once this has been agreed we will confirm that The Norbert and Friends Missions is able to enter into a Partnership agreement with you.

9. Partnership Agreement

Once a Partnership agreement has been reached, it is our normal policy to send an initial consignment to ensure safe arrival and verification that the items are used for their intended purpose. You will be required to produce some photographic evidence of this.

10. What next?

As outlined above, please confirm that you have funds available for all shipping / transport and custom costs? Please note: your application cannot commence until you have sent this information to The Norbert and Friends Missions.

As already outlined, once this information has been received, we will then send you the necessary documentation for you to begin an application.
